- Small fixes to NeTV2 stuff.
- Merging in the TOFE2AXIOM adapter stuff.
- Making qemu stuff kind of start working.
- Fixes around SPI flash.
* Now manually set the ROM address + cpu_reset_address.

* Uses the boot-helper from the BIOS. * Jumps to CONFIG_CPU_RESET_ADDR.
