Motivation for this change
I'd like to add imapnotify to nixpkgs because it allows the user to be notified by the IMAP server upon new mail (push vs pull). It is a nice addition to isync (which is already part of nixpkgs). Also I could not find another tool providing this kind of functionality within nixpkgs. If there is anything missing, please let me know.
