Allows setting lm32 or or1k.

@shenki I don't want to merge this until we have some sort of stable running of the firmware. Currently it randomly "locks up". |

This pull request adds the ability to use the OpenRISC architecture instead of the lm32 in the firmware.
The toolchain has been built and packaged using conda here -> https://github.com/timvideos/conda-hdmi2usb-packages
Fixes #216.
