Automate the Coveralls, Travis-CI, and Appveyor enabling #4

  • Copy and check existing configuration files for multiple repos (.travis.yml, appveyor.yml).
  • Check that the settings are enabled on each site.
  • Check that the badges exist already in the README.md. Otherwise en-badgen them.

No longer using Travis CI or Appveyor. Now using GitHub Actions which is easy enough to see the build status on the page and enabling GitHub Actions can be done by just copying from the template/ directory. I have an automation tool for enabling Coveralls, but it is easy enough to turn on manually for any new repository.

As for badges, I will make a table in this repository that summarises the build status across the organisation.
