Add the latest xcode image for OSX builds #2595

Travis CI uses OS X 10.9.5 (and Xcode 6.1) by default.

This will run the build on the modern version of OSX and produce build/specs
against El Capitan.

Looks good, thanks! I guess this can't hurt, builds will probably take a bit more time, but it's better if we make sure it runs well in recent mac versions.
