Problem

Fresh install of ckan on new laptop. Getting a "Ckan has stopped working error" on launch. I am very familiar with ckan, this is a new problem on a new computer. Took the usual steps but cannot determine source of the problem.

What steps did you take in CKAN?
Checked reddit, github, etc., for known issues
Ran as admin
Checked compatibility mode
Ensured net 4.5 is installed (computer has 4.71)
Running ckan from KSP folder
Rebooted CPU
Re-downloaded ckan
Ran out of ideas but the issue persists.
Happy to send event logs if you let me know what to look for/where to find them
What did you expect to happen?
Program to launch as usual
