CKAN Version:
1.25.1

KSP Version:
1.4.3

Operating System:
Windows 10
Version 1709
OS Build 16299.431

Have you made any manual changes to your GameData folder (i.e., not via CKAN)?
Added Luna Multiplayer

Problem

What steps did you take in CKAN?
Tried to refresh my repository

What did you expect to happen?
Repository would have been filled

What happened instead?
The update failed

Does this happen every time?

Looks like this might be a problem with Window Firewall or your network hardware. Can you try the suggestions at that link?
