  1. Item13897: All basic tests are passing... 

    ... except for SeleniumConfigTests.

- Unified TOC macro calling syntax to match all other macros and make it
callable through execMacro().

- execMacro() can now accept additional arguments to pass them over to the
macro being called.

- Incorporated a fix to Request from the master.
