Motivation for this change

I can see that the PPD files are being placed in the correct place but as I don't have the actual hardware yet, I can't confirm if the hardware really works.

I will however make sure that it actually does work as soon as the physical printer arrives.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing
    (nix.useSandbox on NixOS,
    or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf
    on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • OS X
    • Linux
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Sorry, something went wrong.

Thanks for the feedback @copumpkin and @ericsagnes. This PR is not ready for merging as I need to fix a bunch of paths inside the PPDs.

@peterhoeg what's the status here?

@grahamc, my significant other thought the printer was too big, so it's not happening. Should we leave this behind as broken in case somebody else has the right hardware or just close this PR?

I'm closing the PR since it is definitely not looking to be merged and nobody is working on it. Someone can find it equally if it is opened or closed.

Thank you for getting back to me on it! :)
