FreeCAD 0.17 now needs vtk, (open-)mpi, hdf5 and MEDFile for the FEM feature.

MEDFile (from http://salome-platform.org/downloads/current-version) has been packaged in this PR.

I also haven't checked if dependencies have been dropped or whether the PYTHONPATH patch/hack is still needed.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

I have packaged the MED file lib. I'm not certain though if the category is correct, esp. as there are some user space utils installed with it.

Things that still need to be done:

  • Don't install the test files to bin for lib med file
  • Run those tests if possible
  • Exposed used MPI implementation
  • optional: expose med file optional dependencies (mpi, python, fortran)

a) For `nixos-rebuild` you can set
  { nixpkgs.config.allowUnsupportedSystem = true; }
in configuration.nix to override this.

b) For `nix-env`, `nix-build`, `nix-shell` or any other Nix command you can add

to ~/.config/nixpkgs/config.nix.
