Reword requirements in installer package read me

Change "disk image" to "installer" since we use flat packages instead of disk images for Mac OS X 10.6 or later. Remove reference to Tcl requirement since Tcl is now bundled. Suggest getting Xcode from the Mac App Store first, then from the developer site, then from a Mac OS X CD/DVD.
