Motivation for this change

Not sure if CLions update came out a bit later than the rest, but the latest upgrade in #40812 didn't upgrade CLion so here's my pull request to fix that.

I removed the /* updated by script */ line because I upgraded it manually, but I can reinstate it if there's need for it.
