More rendering patches. The first address the problem of indicating a double bond has no stereochemistry. We would previously be liberal and unless certain basic invariants were met a wavy bond was added. The meaning is not changed only the aesthetics of some compounds (e.g. CN=C(N)N). Now we go further and check neighbours. This is short of a full stereo perception which would be expensive but has good results.

I've also modified the default rendering parameters slightly.

…k the liberal approach of marking anything unspecified which we couldn't prove might have stereo. Now we do some simple checks for linear chains.
