Motivation for this change

With my overlays, nix-shell keeps complaining about outdated cmake files see #29605

Things done

cleanSource now filters

  • CMakeCache.txt
  • CMakeFiles directory
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • Linux
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

aka it will not fetch
- CMakeCache.txt
- CMakeFiles directory

In fact I wonder if we should not have a (possibly other) cleaning function that depends on the type of program: obeys (ignores *.pyc for python projets, *.o for C projects), .gitignore, ignore the "build" folder for CMake based programs etc

Seen as too specific. Look for the recommended solutions in the issue.
