Basic runv is working with QEMU as driver. I need to do some further tests on a machine with hardware virtualization to see if kvm and libvirt are working too. I didn't have a look at the xen driver yet. Not sure if anybody is interested in it. |

As Hyper containers (runv) and Clear Containers have been merged into https://katacontainers.io/ I will close this PR as I will not continue working on it anyways. If somebody want's to invest into the same direction it makes more sense to focus on kata containers. |

Allow to select runv as an alternative runtime for docker.
