Motivation for this change

Update Discord to version 0.0.3

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Discord tend to break their client whenever they do a release. When 0.0.2 was released, 0.0.1 stopped working entirely. Now 0.0.3 is out, so 0.0.2 is dead as well.

17.09 has discord-0.0.2 and 17.03 has discord-0.0.1. Both are broken. I guess 17.03 isn't updated but I think 17.09 should be? I don't know how that's handled.
