Motivation for this change

goconvey is both a continuous test runner with a web ui and a way to write behavioral tests. This packages the cli to do some golang continuous testing.

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
• Built on platform(s)
