Motivation for this change
Flambda refers to a set of optimizations in the OCaml native compiler (starting from version 4.03). They can be enabled at configure time. More details can be found in the OCaml manual.
This PR does not enable them by default: it makes it easier to enable them by overriding the
ocaml
derivation, as in:Things done
