  1. Item14346: Location prefix match doesn't work 

    Not sure why, but when matching a location prefix, nginx gets into w
rewrite loop, looking for /bin/view/bin/view/bin/view....  But the
regex form works fine.

Also add an example of the attachment size limit to the config.

  2. Item13883: Change foswiki.default to be consisitent. 

    The foswiki.init-script and systemd/foswiki.service file both default
to port 9000 for fcgi. But the foswiki.default overrides it to 9001.
This inconsistency can be confusing.
