Motivation for this change

Version update. Disabled the newly added feature spellchecking due to Package gspell-1' not found in specified Vala API directories or GObject-Introspection GIR directories`.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing
    (nix.useSandbox on NixOS,
    or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf
    on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • Linux
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Gspell was not compiled with vala support. I changed that.

The travis error looks somewhat legit, can you investigate?

the newt build crashed, but is not related to gspell in any way: https://travis-ci.org/NixOS/nixpkgs/jobs/216677593#L9202
