Motivation for this change

A new minor version was released. Main usability feature (for me) is commit message editing with a simple F2 key press (no manual rebase necessary).

I did not use the version update script (to update all JB editors at the same time), because I am unable to then test running all the updated IDE flavors.

  or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf
  on non-NixOS)

• Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
• Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
