General:

• Lower all max and skin temps to normal (saner) values.
• Make sure than no part that supports RT will ever have a stock antenna module (still need to add CommNet support since the base package does not provide it yet).
• Tweak the heat production values of all engine modules.
• Remove any ModuleEnginesRF fields (now patched by the RO global configs).
• Remove any redundant global engine config parameters (RFC: Explicit setting of engine global additional fields #1669).

Atlas:

• Fix the RCS thrust modifiers of the Centaur V upper stage.
• Add a missing Isp curve to the Atlas V CCB separation motors.

Delta:

• Fix the naming of the Delta III and Delta IV upper stages.

Engines:

• Add bottom attachment nodes to all liquid-fueled engines.
• Remove some part manufacturer & description fields (not needed).
• Update some specific engines to use custom manufacturer & description fields.
• Fix the scale of the RS-25 engine.

PSLV:

• Fix the rated VAC thrust of the PS-1 solid rocket motor.
• Add some missing original mass and mass multiplier fields to the PSOM solid rocket motors series.

Saturn:

• Fix the RCS thrust modifiers of the APS.
