Adds ten real engines with appropriately sized nozzles, uses scales of Ven's nuclear engine model.
All but the SNTP engine are TRL6 equipment and appropriate time scale for earliest potential use is placed in an RP-0 config (Not included). Cost is based off of $1965 as a fraction of program cost.
Includes configs and will have methane configs added once i figure out how to separate tech required for them. RD-0410 includes a methane config as it ran on hydrogen/heptane and several of the Russian documents seem to mention running on methane as an item that was tested in early 70's as part of thermal testing early MC fuel rods. SNTP is included as the program at TRL 5

Will PR the RP-0 Config after this.

Config to remove DMagic part if no US mod
adding 10 NTR's from the '60s through '90s
These include only non-notional versions with the exception of the SNTP engine which was tested in part but not run as a whole assembly.
Further work will update core NTR's in RO/RP-0 to closer to expected values.
after that the Ven's engines will be given configs to bring them in line with real NTR's followed by configs for Kerbal Atomics.
move to proper locations
