The cmake variable names do not match those listed in the documentation.
Proposed Changes
Change the variable names for the docbook dtd and xsl path variable names to be consistent in cmake files and documentation.
DOCBOOK_{DTD,XSL}_DIRis what is used inexternal/boostbook/*so I've used that name everywhere.
