23783ce started to use java.util.function, but this
package was introduced from 1.8. Update jdk to keep build passed.

@yui-knk @headius added a fix which broke our compatibility guarantee of running on Java 7 for 9.1. So we just need to resolve that commit and not update for Java 8.
