This "just" replaces the vendored header file. Build and tests still pass.
I don't use the JSON bits of Nix all that much, so someone more familiar might want to test more thoroughly or read through the release notes looking for problems.
I'll note that strangely our in-tree version is not actually 2.1.1, not sure where it came from.
I've made a branch that switches to released 2.1.1 here: dtzWill@67466ac
(although seems to big for github to show a nice diff)
But since this update "works" thought I'd share here.
