qca2 and qca-qt5: use system CA certificates #33466

Motivation for this change

Sandboxed builds fail to detect the presence of /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt. As a result, qca does not use the system CA bundle and considers all certificates as untrusted. This PR fixes that.

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

CMakeLists.txt looks for the system CA bundle in several locations,
including /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt.
This works for non-sandboxed builds but fails inside a sandbox.

What happens at runtime?

The path to /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt is compiled into the library and is used at runtime.
