Lynnwood, the VERSION and RELEASE are backwards. VERSION is a perl version string, simple decimal recommended RELEASE is freeform, date is recommended. And for the topic META lines, it's best to use ProjectContributor, so sites installing the extension don't see broken links.

Oh, and one more little one. For the change log, if you use Foswikitask:Item14198 for example, then they will link if default InterWikiPlugin is installed.
