Motivation for this change
Following upstream (4.05 is already on its way).

nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"./result/bin/)Many OCaml libraries do not build with 4.04. They don’t build with 4.03 neither, for most of them (the main cause being
sexplibonly available for 4.02). Notable exception isppx_tools, for which there is no release compatible with 4.04.
