The newest version of these distros was missing.

I had to make the dependency resolution a little smarter to support stretch.

  • Tested using sandboxing
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • Linux
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change
  • Tested execution of all binary files
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

It looks like the Ubuntu part of this has been superseded by 1fdb52f; would it be possible to rewrite this patch to just add Debian 9?

Debian9 was then added in c811c35
