Prior to this, the build failed as the generated udev rules file refers to a non-existing file, due to an incorrect substitution.

Motivation for this change
Prior to this, the build failed as the generated udev rules file refers to a non-existing file, due to an incorrect substitution.
The patched version is currently running on my nixos box and successfully connected to an other drbd node.
