Motivation for this change

This is a simple update of the Stockfish chess engine from version 7 to 8. The build process is almost trivial, so the only thing I had to do was update the source URL and the hash (using nix-prefetch-url).

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
• Built on platform(s)

• Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
