Motivation for this change

Some icons do not work for me (XFCE), so I hope that the update fixes this.

Upstream issue: PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme#899

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

does this require a backport?

You mean to the stable release channel? I don't think so. I filed the update not because things are broken on my side, but because I noticed that the package is outdated on master (which I only noticed because I changed my theme to use it).

So IMO no backport necessary if no complaints are filed for the package on the stable channel.
