Doctests need the same shim as in spec.

Related to haskell-servant/servant#669 change

@fizruk Is it ok to change travis script to use cabal new-build (and remove all but main stack.yaml?)

EDIT: new-build based script makes it easy to test whether package can be built without test dependencies affecting the plan

@phadej yep, I'm ok with cabal new-build on Travis.

For now don't run tests (we need servant-0.10 for that).

@fizruk I'm now happy with this PR. Last commit CI fails, until servant-0.10 is released.
