Motivation for this change

Disabling this is needed for some Windows Git clients where SSH is bundled, like SourceTree I think (I haven't used it myself).

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option build-use-sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
• Built on platform(s)
