The libopencm3 fork for efm32hg has just landed upstream (after some massaging), so this PR basically is an attempt to consolidate everything into one place by:

  • Moving the tomu libopencm3 examples into this repository (and updating the build system)
  • Pointing to upstream libopencm3 instead of the (now outdated) organization fork

If this goes in, it probably makes sense to delete the libopencm3 and libopencm3-examples forks in the tomu organisation.

I originally was planning on getting the examples into upstream libopencm3-examples as well, but that repository doesn't seem to get much maintenance. Probably better here where we can easily update them and they have better visibility (all the samples in one place...).

Unfortunately the libopencm3 & libopencm3-examples license differs to tomu-samples so I pulled that information across.
