I'm not 100% sure it feels right to move the jquery & jquery-id files.
It might be better to let them be where they are and just remove the attributes in all-packages.nix.

Motivation for this change

These (outdated) derivations are only used by nixos/lib/testing.nix.

If we want to provide jquery & jquery-ui packages this is better done
in nodePackages.
