Summary

The past week or so the latest stable version of ST3 has been having issues quitting and re-opening. Once I close it 2 to 3 times in a short amount of time the icon stays open on the dock and will not let you click it to open. It at this time it does not show on activity monitor, prevents you from shutting down/restarting the computer from the apple icon. Gives you the option to force quit but does not close it still.

I was using ST on an angular 2 app and on a jekyll app, not sure if it is an issue with the project types. Also was experiencing a loading loop on pyv8 but that went away. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing out the session.

Only way I can open ST again after this is if I force my Macbook Pro to restart.

Also side note, I have not experienced this issue on a lenovo that has dual booted windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04.

Expected behavior

open and close as much as you want/computer allows you to whether it is several times a minute or hour

Actual behavior

lets you close and open twice before getting stuck in the dock and not opening again

Steps to reproduce

1. start up app
2. close via cmd+q/right click icon on dock
3. re-open via cmd+space "sublime text"/ click icon on dock/app folder
4. trie to close and open one more time
