This seems a little hacky. "brew" has a command called "brew config", maybe we could add that into Nix? |

@rasendubi good idea. I think this can be improved with a @matthewbauer it's also a good idea, probably better in the long run but it's expanding the scope of the PR |

Motivation for this change
Whether sandboxing is enabled or disabled may help for some issues and facilitate reproducing.
