Motivation for this change
Solves #24704

nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"./result/bin/)I tested to upgrade ipfs to 0.4.7 but it resulted in the same error as reported by #24704 - so I simply rolled back the update.
I think it is more important to have a IPFS running than running none because the update failed.
