  • flyby: add prefix 'hpx:' to all command line options exposed by the PAPI performance counter module
  • flyby: allow for 'hpx:print-counter-reset' of PAPI counters
  • flyby: document units of measure for some of the thread-related counters

It LGTM but I was not able to test the PAPI counters yet due to issues with my build that are probably unrelated to this PR
