* Change TOFE_BOARD hack to be more generic. * Reduce duplication of file paths. * Add `make env` to export important environment from Makefile into build-*.sh scripts to reduce duplication. * Make it easier to use micropython as the firmware by setting `FIRMWARE` environment variable. * Add ability to flash the bios. * Improve the `make help` output. * Add help for platform specific commands.
