Added a Mixer class in gateware/hdmi_out/phy.py file, which acts as a dummy mixer block here. A CSR register (hdout_source) can be used to switch between inputs from various dmas. The HDMI_OUT core is reworked to read pixel data from more than one dma engines synchronously and should finally be mixed in Mixer class.
