Add missing --no-color option to spec and eval command #3621

It may be useful to pass output to another command.

@asterite Why ci is failed? I can't find the reason.

I don't know :-(

There are some random failures in travis and I can't explain it. The failures never happen on my machine, even though I usually run all specs before pushing code. Some random failures also happen on travis on mac osx, but never on my machine... maybe a travis issue?

(restarting the job usually fixes the problem)

@asterite @makenowjust there were some issues with OSX builds on Travis a few days ago: https://www.traviscistatus.com/incidents/nq0sf0srvx8s
