.crystaldirectory is created if the environment variablesCRYSTAL_CACHE_DIR,XDG_CACHE_HOMRorHOMEare not set or all candidates are unavailable. However it is special case, and if so,.gitignoreshould not contain/.crystal/, but.crystal/(it dose not restrict project root.)
