If possible 😇 It would come in handy to be able to trigger builds for darwin too before merging PRs, as well as for debugging the PHP-with-intl-extension-on-darwin story currently going on.

I understand that:

• Darwin builds are not sandboxed, so I must be careful when sending an ofborg command
• Builders have limited resources, and I should therefore not trigger large builds, that would get timeout'd anyway
• Opening a PR not marked WIP would trigger an ofborg build, regardless of the previous points
