Doesn't seem like 3.0.0.20180802 is a stable release. Nothing on https://www.sourceware.org/newlib/news.html or in their mailing list.
(also this package could use some meta
)
And if we want to jump to a newer version for bugfixes then there is already a v3.0.0.20180831

I think they're all the Debian-based distros that are doing this. This kind of throws repology off but they all use the same Debian ports upstream IIRC. Should be fine to wait for a real release though. |
