Motivation for this change

Waybar has a new version!

Including:

• Tray: Handle icons updates
• Allow waybar to be positioned on left/right
• Network: Escape ESSID
• Workspace: Reversed scrolling direction to reflect swaybar behavior 5144426
• Script: mediaplayer script is now generic and return json data with player name for icon matching
• Network: Fixed multiple networking module regression

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
