#15515 touched only interfaces/html.idl, and in https://tools.taskcluster.net/groups/Zc9ENg6NRfekkyxpI35AWw the wpt-firefox-nightly-stability task ended with "Task timeout after 7200 seconds. Force killing container."

In the logs I also see "Identified 154 affected tests", which doesn't seem like that many tests, although they will be pretty slow because parsing html.idl is slow.

@jgraham anything we can do about this apart from not touching files that affect many tests? Revisit the old "stop running before deadline" idea?
