Motivation for this change

Currently, redirections with return directives are one of the few things which requires an extraConfig in the nginx configuration of my server.

Things done

Add a new option which creates a return directive, implemented very similarly to other location options.

I also removed some trailing spaces on a line, because vim was making it very hard not to.

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
